Description
In accordance with FAR 6.305, Availability of the justification, the purpose of this special notice is to notify the public of the justification that was used to award the purchase order for Annual Maintenance and Support for Versatile Enterprise. This software is used across many EPA Regions and is crucial to the records management of EPA Region 09.
