PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ), for the replacement of two 25.57 to 1 speed reducers for Guntersville Auxiliary Lock in Grant, Alabama. The contractor will provide one river wall gearbox (Mark 22/12-2R) and one common wall gearbox (Mark 22/12-2), which is opposite handed, along with corresponding shaft couplings, oil heater, and other miscellaneous items as needed.
The Sources Sought for this opportunity will post on or around 6 June 2022.
The solicitation for this work will be posted TBA.
The intended delivery date is 270 calendar days after contract award.
NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: 333612 with a size standard of 750 employees.
