Place of Performance: Point Marion Lock and Dam, 304 Power Plant Road, Dilliner, PA. Objectives: The purpose of this contract is to have the Contractor perform the following tasks:? Perform continuous methane monitoring in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Point Marion Methane Assessment and Mitigation (section 2.1.1)? Propose a methane mitigation plan and continual monitory strategy in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Point Marion Methane Assessment and Mitigation (section 2.1.2)
