Description

Amendment 05 is issued to correct Block 8 to reflect the extension of the solicitation for 21 September 2023.

Amendment 04 is issued to extend the solicitation due date to 21 September 2023 at 1400 CST.

Amendment 03 is issued to remove kelsey.mcwhirt.1@us.af.mil from section 1.11 under the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, 
remove the sentence stating the initial proposals shall be submitted via SAM.gov under section 1.11 in the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 and include "Proposals shall be sent to Ms. Shawna Morris at shawna.morris.2@us.af.mil".  Section 2.2 under the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 has been reworded to state all proposals shall be sent to shawna.morris.2@us.af.mil and david.hackney.1@us.af.mil.

Amendment 02 is issued to remove the PWS dated 17 August 2023 and replace it with the revised PWS dated 31 August 2023. Paragraph 1.6.3.1 is no longer a requirement.

Amendment 01 is issued to include shawna.morris.2@us.af.mil into addendum 52.212-1. 

The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform installation, maintenance, and required hardware/software upgrades as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This includes the planning, coordination, and surveillance of the activities necessary to ensure disciplined work performance and timely resource application to accomplish all tasking under the contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining communication with the contracting officer (CO) and the contracting officer’s representative (COR) and to immediately notify both the CO and the COR of any problems that would prevent timely performance of this contract. The Contractor is responsible for and required to implement and maintain management control systems necessary to plan, organize, direct, and control all activities under this contract.
