Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Land and Maritime located at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia, Contracting Division intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract, for the items listed below utilizing the North American Industry Classification System Code 325510 Paint and Coating, Dopes, Varnishes, & related products. This requirement is posted as a brand name solicitation which requires products manufactured by ITW AMERICAN SAFETY TECHNOLOGIES INC.  This requirement will be set aside as a 100% Small Business concern.

requirements of the National Emissions Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants

(NESHAP) for Shipbuilding and Ship Repair (Surface Coating) Operations. In

accordance with that guidance, the supplier of this coating is required to certify the

VOC content of this batch of this coating, utilizing one of the allowable methods
