THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS ONE TIME LARGE FIRM-FIXED PRICE REQUIREMENT FOR PURCHASE OF A SINGLE NSN: 4730-008123040 ITEM. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY IS 620 DAYS ADO (OR BETTER OFFER), AND INCLUDES DELIVERY AND REVIEW & APPROVAL TIME OF THE FIRST ARTICLE TEST.
