(Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson, MS, is seeking preferably Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of providing maintenance support for the Sun Nuclear System. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide maintenance support for the Sun Nuclear System. The requirement is necessary to maintain the ArcCHECK, Daily QA 3 Wireless, Plan IQ, IC PROFILER, 3D SCANNER, 3D SCANNER WPP, and 3DVH systems. These systems are all necessities for Radiation Oncology to continue to provide care for Veterans. The Contractor shall provide services, which include: - maintenance required to keep systems/equipment in operating condition in accordance with manufacturer specifications - service loaners for down systems - full hardware warranty - software license renewals - full access to all new software releases by OEM - telephone and web-based technical support - updated user manuals and reference guides Services to include maintenance required to keep systems/equipment in operating condition in accordance with manufacturer specifications, service loaners for down systems, full hardware warranty, software license renewals, full access to all new software releases by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), telephone and web-based technical support, and updated user manuals and reference guides.
