The Government (Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services, Phoenix Area Office) is seeking services for data extraction in accordance with 48 CFR Part 326, Subpart 326.603-3 and IHM 5.5-6, Indian Health Service must use the negotiation authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, to give preference to Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) whenever the use of that authority is authorized and practicable. Requirements under FAR Part 26, Other Socioeconomic Programs, apply when deviating from the Buy Indian Act. A discussion of how the IEE will provide the services and meet the work associated with the Statement of Work is key. Additionally, the source shall provide applicable rates associated with the services and work located in: See Statement of Work. Sources should note that if no service suppliers can be found that Government may as a follow-on issue a Sole Source in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.105 Synopsis and Positing Requirements for Commercial Services.
