Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Bill of Material (BOM) in its entirety this includes electrical equipment required to complete the Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT). The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to go Sole Source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
