Description

Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 17), Laredo Vet Center intends to enter into an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Contractors to provide individual, group, and/or couple and family readjustment counseling therapy sessions in Del Rio, Texas for Veterans deemed qualified and referred by the Vet Centers in Laredo, Texas. Services shall be provided by either of the following licensed professionals: Psychiatrist, PhD. Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The contractor shall provide counseling services only. These services do not include prescribing medication. Tele-health is not authorized for this requirement. The term of the contract is a base year plus two (2) one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available on July 14, 2023 or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the Contract Opportunities website. Prospective Offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Contract Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a quote, Offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work and terms and conditions of the requirement(s). The solicitation will be available for download from SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. Interested Contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation will provide instructions to Contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contract Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking this website for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the proposal period. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the contract opportunities website, so they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.  In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code.
