Description

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for procurement of one (1) Resonon Hyperspectral Camera and benchtop scanning system to support ongoing HAB forecasting projects.  All equipment shall be delivered NLT September 1, 2022.  All equipment shall be furnished and delivered in accordance with the Statement of Need.

Quotes shall be FOB destination,

The Government will award a firm fixed price contract. Quotes shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. 

This RFQ is 100% small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 333314, Optical Instrument and Lens Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees.

Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote:

  1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number;
  2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror;
  3. Include a statement specifying the extent of understanding and agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration;
  4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any,;

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on July 11, 2022; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on best value to the Government.  Factors considered (but are not limited to) include technical, past performance, and price. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to scott.beliveau@noaa.gov.

The anticipated award date is on or about July 18, 2022.

The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to request and receive a confirmation of the quote receipt.
