Description

The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to install twenty one (21)Security Lights, Utility Poles, and Power Supply for Green River Lock #1 located at 5048 Dam Lock Road, Reed,KY. 42451 and Green River Lock and Dam #2 located at 695 West First Street, Calhoun, Kentucky 42327. The contractors work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management,supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with thecontract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performedin strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Workwill begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 120 Calendar Days after theNTP.One award will be made from this Solicitation based on low price.Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank accountspecified by the Contractor. Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the Quote.Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed will be considered as a material deviation from the requirements andthe Quote will be rejected.Bonding is required for this procurement action.Please see Clause 52.236-27 ? Site Visit for all site visit information.PLEASE NOTE: SAM is completely free of charge for both registrants and users.This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 335132 (Size Determination: 600 Employees).Quotes are due on 13 September 2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.Electronic submittals will be accepted. However,the signed copy of the notarized letter must be sent to the GSA Federal Service Desk (FSD) within 30 days ofactivation or the vendor risks no longer being active in SAM.
