Description

The Government intends to use Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to solicit prices for a competitive commercial service contract at a firm fixed price (FFP) in support of Commander Navy Europe, Africa, Central Fire and Emergency Services. The anticipated award is to purchase Marine Firefighter Certification Course Instruction for 24 students to be held at Naval Station Rota. This certification program must comply with the following National Professional Qualifications System Standard:

- NFPA 1010, Standard on Professional Qualifiications for Firefighters (2024), Chapter 9 - Land Based Marine Firefighter (NFPA 1005)

Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statements of no more than three pages in length. Vendors are welcome to indicate more than one potential solution that will meet the Government's requirement. The single capability statement (inclusive of all potential solutions indicated) shall include the following: 

Vendor CAGE code and Unique Entity ID

Business size in accordance with the size standard for anticipated NAICS code 611430. Insterested parties are encouraged to comment or make recommendations regarding the Government's anticipated PSC and NAICS codes. 

Price estimate and brouche of services.

Interested parties are encouraged to submit questions/recommendations on equipment that will meet the Government's requirement.
