Description
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to remove and dispose of existing
roofing and insulation down to bare decking. Replace with new SBS Asphalt 4CID CR G
roofing system, including miscellaneous associated work as described in the drawing set
“NWA (614) Roofing Replacement,” FESS Project No. 3-12-02C, dated September
16,2022. Provide all associated work including but not limited to relocation and
reinstallation of existing roof equipment, removal and replacement of all roofing trim, facia,
gravel stops, and coping.
