Description

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to update information under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Terms and Conditions, Paragraph 9 "Award of BPA". 

The date and time for receipt of quotes and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please sign a copy of the Amendment and submit with your quote.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for Portable Latrines & Hand Wash Rentals and Services throughout Puerto Rico in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The solicitation will close on 6 June 2024; 10:00 am unless amended via an amendment. 

See deadline for questions. Failure to submit your quote as required and in a timely manner, may render your quote NOT eligible for consideration award.

It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) be awarded from this requirement.

This RFQ is issued unrestricted. All responsible firms are invited to submit quotes under this solicitation. The NAICS code is 562991 with a size standard of $9,000,000.00.

Funds will be allocated for the work required by the Government based on individual BPA Calls.

NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE FURNISHED. A SOLICITATION MAILING LIST WILL NOT BE MAINTAINED FOR THIS PROCUREMENT.

Vendors are responsible for keeping track of the information posted for the solicitation and any amendment issued via SAM.gov. Any Amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the quote. Failure to submit Amendments with your quote may render your quote not eligible for consideration for award.

The quote can be submitted to the place indicated in the solicitation or sent via email before the date and time indicated in the solicitation.  Failure to do so may render your quote not eligible for consideration for the BPA.
