Description

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ) N32253-22-Q-0053 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for Mast Clamp Refurbishment.
This is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and Small Business Size Standard of $12M applies to this procurement. The Product Service Code is J020, Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment—Ship and Marine Equipment—Ship Building and Repairing.
Please note the following:
- All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04, DFARS 3/18/2022, and NMCARS 18-21.
- Please submit a technical proposal (not to exceed 3 pages) that clearly demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of, and approach to, accomplishing each paragraph listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and solicitation requirements. The proposal must contain sufficient details (to include the quantity, what can and cannot be provided, and the method) so that it may be evaluated in accordance with the PWS and comply with the period of performance set forth in the solicitation.
- Written offers should be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 as indicated in the attached solicitation. Please fill out the unit price and total amount for each CLIN on the solicitation document.
- All quotation submissions should include a breakdown of quotation and must include completion of FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26 and 52.212-3.
- Contract award will be in accordance to 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation.
- Wage rates will be applicable.
- No telephonic responses will be accepted.
Quotes are due to this office no later than May 13, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. HST.
