Oahe Total Vegetation Spray on Oahe Project Corps of Engineers lands

On or about 29 March 2023, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for Oahe Total Vegetation Spray

The solicitation will close on or about 12 April 2023. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY

Project Description:

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, chemical, supplies, and transportation to perform chemical application to control all vegetation in the designated areas during the 2023- 2027 growing season. Approximately 50 acres are to be kept free of vegetation on Oahe Project Corps of Engineers lands as noted on the PWS. This is a commercial non-personal service.

Base year 1-year, With 4 one-year optional periods (With inactive periods)

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561730 - Landscaping Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $8.5M.

Corp lands that surround Lake Oahe. These include locations near Pierre, SD, Linton, ND, and Hazelton, ND. Specific locations are noted in the PWS.
