**AMENDMENT 00003 April 11, 2024**

The purpose of this Amendment is to answer Question received from Industry:

Is it possible to have a Site Visit?

As a result from this Question a Site Visit will be conducted on 18 April 2024 at 09:00 am (CET) at Lucius D. Clay Kaserne Visitor Center, 65205 (further Details can be found in Amendment 0003)

As a result, the closing Date was extended until 25 April 2024 10:00 am (CET)

**AMENDMENT 00002 April 04, 2024**

The purpose of this Amendment is to extend closing date till April 12, 2024 at 10:00 am

**AMENDMENT 00001 MARCH 27, 2024**

The purpose of this Amendment is to answer Questions that where asked. As a result, Attachment 3 was added to answer the questions.

As a result, the following Attachment was updated Exhibit A_Invent. POL- Without_unit_Prices New Version March 27, 2024

RFQ Original

The Regional Contracting Office intends to competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Multiple Separator System at U.S Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany.

The contract will consist of one (1) base year and two (2) option years.  Proposed performance start date is on or about April 15, 2024

The anticipated contract will be a non-personal services contract for the emptying, cleaning, inspection, repairing and transporting of residue disposal for petroleum, oil and lubricant (POL) separators, mud traps, oil tanks, drains and rainwater retention basins, water treatment plans, grease separators, potato starch separators, and septic tanks, and wastewater pump stations at USAG Wiesbaden. The regular preventive maintenance will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and the On-Call/Emergency maintenance will be Time and Materials.

Respond by Date: 5 April 2024 at 1000 CET Germany

The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov.

  

Payments will be processed through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite as described in detail in the Addendum to 52.212-4.
