Amendment 0003 to Solicitation W56HZV-23-R-0009

The purpose of amendment 0003 to solicitation W56HZV-23-R-0009 is to add the clause FAR 52.204-27 Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application (JUN 2023). As a result of this amendment, the solicitation closing date is extended from 21 June 2023 to 19 July 2023.

Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal, acknowledging all the amendments, no later than 4:30PM EST Wednesday, 19 July 2023 via email to the Contract Specialist (lisa.r.roulo.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (Valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-23-R-0009 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.

The solicitation was previously put on hold to investigate the situation and was reopened once the Government received confirmation that there are no longer any issues with that supplier.

Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W56HZV-23-R-0009

The purpose of amendment 0002 to solicitation W56HZV-23-R-0009 is to reopen the solicitation with a closing date of 21 June 2023. The solicitation was previously put on hold to investigate the situation and was reopened once the Government received confirmation that there are no longer any issues with that supplier.

The Technical Data Package (TDP) is competitive with purchased parts estimated at less than 10% and limited to DoD and US DoD
Contractors only. Access to the TDP is restricted, requiring vendors to submit a request for access in SAM.gov. Access will be granted pending verification of the contractor's active registration in Joint Certification Program (JCP). The requestor in SAM.gov MUST be the same individual listed on the firm's JCP certification. Section A, narrative A.04 DISTRIBUTION AND DESTRUCTION OF EXPORT CONTROL TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE includes more information.

The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation for MODIFICATION KIT,VE. Solicitation W56HZV-23-R-0009 will be a competitive, small-business set-aside.

1. This Request for Proposal (RFP), W56HZV-23-R-0009, will result in a Firm-Fixed Price 3-year Requirements Long Term Contract (LTC) for the procurement of the following:

4. In Section J - LIST OF ATTACHMENTS, Attachment 0001 - ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES FOR CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED  INFORMATION, is provided. This document outlines the general security guidelines for the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information required of the contractor.

5.
