Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The United States (U.S.) Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) has a requirement to support U.S. Government efforts to enhance the operational effectiveness of police in peacekeeping operations. The goal of this program is to improve the capacity of partner countries to generate, train, deploy, and lead effective police officers and units in United Nations (UN) peacekeeping missions by providing capacity-building support and specialized training, mentoring and advising.  Please see attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for additional information.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 541611, Administrative Management & General Management Consulting Services, size standard of $24.5M.  The Government is contemplating establishing a Labor Hours contract to procure these non-commercial services with an anticipated start date in September 2024.  Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement. Interested parties are requested to address the questions in the attached Market Research Questionnaire.  Responses are limited to a maximum of three (3) pages.  Interested parties may also provide a capability statement.  Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought.
