Description

Tabletops and Bases for DFAC.100% small business set aside questions regarding solicitation are due no later than 24 June 2024 per solicitation. Question and Answers (24 June 2024)1) Can you provide additional information on tables and bases? Answer: Total tables is 175, two different sizes: 168 each 42? x 42? (1 base per) and 7 each 36? x 72? (2 bases per) Bases are different based on they model number provided.2) So the only difference is the disposal of the old tables and bases correct? Answer: Government has to dispose of all old equipment, the requirement is that the contractor will stack the old tables and bases on pallets outside the facility.3) Are the pallets for the Contractor to use and dispose of tables? Or is the customer removing the tables once loaded onto the pallets? Answer: Yes, As stated above the Government must dispose of the old tables and bases.4) Would this be equal removal disposal to install numbers? Answer: Not necessarily, there may be less tables in the facility due to wear and tear and breakage.5) How far from the door to the truck in the parking lot? Answer: Parking lot in on the north side of the facility, Side entry doors east and west side can be used to move new table in and old table out. A vehicle can be parked outside of these areas However this is a troop walking/marching area. From those side entrance to a vehicle it is about 15 yards. No further questions.Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation from June 26, 2024 to July 9th 2024 1300 hours.
