Description

This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.

The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is issuing this RFI to identify potentially capable parties having an interest in leasing land from the federal government to develop utility-scale carbon pollution-free electricity (CFE) solar projects and energy storage .
