Description
The purpose of this RFI is to gain industry input on the role of ATMC and ATDC vendors in ATIS development and modernization
The goal of ATIS development and modernization is to streamline Army Training and Learning Management and related Schedule and Resource Management functions through the use of robust and scalable technology. This will improve training readiness through the automation of routine and repeatable tasks, better enable training management and significantly reduce time spent performing on routine tasks. ATIS will allow through automation, giving more focus on data-driven analysis and assessments. Further, ATIS development and deployment will reduce current Army training systems sustainment costs by subsuming the capabilities of at least 28 legacy systems. To accomplish ATIS goals, the ATMC and ATDC vendor must be able to efficiently integrate multiple GOTs and Commercial-Off-The-Self (COTS) products, with focus emphasis on human centered design for User Interface/User Experience on the front end, with goal of utilizing disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Predictive Data Analytics on the back-end, and data analytics and AI capabilities in the back end. Capability will be hosted within, all housed within a secure cARMY environment.
