PRON: AX4T2073AX. The Government proposes to acquire a quantity of 11 each of a SSHIPPING AND STORAG, NSN: 8145-01-128-1842, Part Number: 21C7301G01 applicable to the T700-GE-70 TURBINE ENGINE: UH-60.
Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX 75507-5000.
This item is suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This is the only AMSC that implies that parts are candidates for full and open competition.
The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
WARNING - This document contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979 (Title 50, U.S.C., App. 2401 et seq), as amended. Export Control requires the applicable certifications to be current for both the quoter and manufacturer. The offeror and any source(s) of supply it will use for contract performance must have an active United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification to access export-controlled data. DLA does not intend to delay award in order for an ineligible offer or its source(s) supply to apply for and receive authority approval to access the export-controlled data.
