Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This solicitation is issued as a RFQ.  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, Effective Date 05/26/2022. 

The Government anticipates awarding a competitive Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.  The NAICS is 541611 (size standard $21.5M). This RFQ is being issued in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.5 and is a total small business set aside.

A list of the line items, quantities, and units of measure can be found in Attachment # 2.  A description of requirements, dates, and place of performance can be found in Attachment # 1. 

The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services apply to this acquisition.  Please see the addendum to the provisions attached.  Please review the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 regarding FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. 

FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services apply to this acquisition.  Additional FAR clauses and provisions are listed in Attachment # 5.
