Description

The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for septic pumping services at Hidden View Recreation Area, Buck Ridge Recreation Area, Project Headquarters, Wakalumi Wildlife Management Area, Vista Point, Road 400 Access Points and other areas within the Hidden Dam, Hensley Lake project boundaries, Raymond, Madera County, CA for a base year plus four (4) option years.

Project Description: This requirement will provide septic pumping services to various locations and restrooms around Hidden View Recreation Area, Buck Ridge Recreation Area, Project Headquarters, Wakalumi Wildlife Management Area, Vista Point and other areas within the Hidden Dam, Hensley Lake project boundaries. These campground restroom facilities require regular pumping to prevent septic overflow. Refuse collected must be disposed of in state-regulated dumping facilities.

This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services. The size standard is $9 million. Product Service Code is M1ND – Operation of Sewage and Waste Facilities.

The solicitation will proceed as a 100% set aside for small business entities and is estimated to be issued on or about August 16, 2023, with offers due tentatively on September 15, 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm offer due date/time.

If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
