Description
This requirement is for Circuit Card Assemblies for use at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD). These prototype and production Printed Circuit Boards and Circuit Card Assemblies will be used to support deployment of targets used for threat simulation.. Using Government-provided technical data packages, the contractor shall provide one or more of the following: manufacture Printed Circuit Boards and/or Finished Circuit Card Assemblies for the NAWCWD.
It is anticipated that this will be 100% Small Business Set-aside, with Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award Contracts (MAC) to fulfill this requirement under the authority of and in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
Contract awardees will be allowed a fair opportunity to compete for orders valued at greater than $10,000 under this requirement. Delivery of all line items will be Free on Board (FOB) Destination with the destination and time defined at each delivery order. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623Q0001 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed, no later than 6 days from this notice date. More information (including the first Delivery Order) shall be provided in the Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation N6893623Q0001.
Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled information in Contract Opportunities within beta.sam.
