Answers to Questions Received 1)Are you wanting a per mile price quote for each item number? Per trip? Per month? -Offerors are to provide a unit price (monthly price per trip) according to the distance in each line item, and total price (monthly price x 12 months). 2) Will HAZMAT be transported as it says in the Statement of Work? -Yes, HAZMAT will be transported. All specimens will be properly packaged for transport prior to arrival of transport vehicle. 3) Will patients be transported as it says in B2? - Yes, patients will need to be transported on rare occasions (patients requiring transportation will be able-bodied or accompanied by a nurse). 4) Are you saying a vehicle must arrive within 45 minutes of it being called? Or that a vehicle must arrive within 45 minutes of the requested time? -Vehicle must arrive within 45 minutes of requested time. 5) What kind of vehicle? The possibility of patients and staff being in the vehicle make a huge difference. -The kind of vehicle, at minimum, must be able to transport two additional passengers excluding driver on rare occasions that patients need to be transported. 6) If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? -Unable to provide information on previous or current contract awards.
