Description

The objective of this requirement is to provide non-preemptible, contiguous commercial Ku-Band satellite bandwidth to the AFN-E that will result in providing television and radio services to military audiences in Europe, the Middle Eastern region using COMSATCOM services.  The AFN-BC will provide transmit stream(s) to contractors for transport via fiber optic cables and broadcast via satellite to deliver AFN content to audiences in the covered area.

Please provide any questions in writing no later than 0800 CT, Thursday, November 17, 2022. The Government may elect not to respond to questions received after the deadline. Proposals are due no later than 1400 CT, Friday, December 2, 2022. All questions and proposals must be submitted to melissa.j.winkeler.civ@mail.mil and lacey.arentsen.civ@mail.mil. To be considered timely, complete submissions must be received by these recipients' inboxes no later than the deadline established. Responses to questions posed will be provided to all as soon as possible. Schedule contractors should prepare proposals during this timeframe with the expectation that the deadline will not be extended.
