The Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 6, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order Medicom Technologies Inc for the Medicom Imagex service for of VISN 6s VA Medical Centers. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole source provider of the Medicom Imagex and all associated products, service, and installation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the Medicom Imagex service may give written notice to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 12:00pm est on 08/09/2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, UEI number (www.sam.gov), and OEM distribution or service provider authorization letter. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
