Description
US Northern Command (NORTHCOM) and US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) requires execution of 11 small-scale design-build construction projects located at nine (9) different sites: 1) Agua Prieta, Mexico, 2) Veracruz, Mexico, 3) Hermosillo, Mexico, 4) San Lucas, Mexico, 5) Tumaco, Colombia, 6) Turbo, Colombia, 7) Rio Negro, Colombia, 8) Christ Church, Barbados, and 9) Panama City, Panama. Each separate project will be constructed to the respective host nation building codes and is subject to the $750,000 statutory cap IAW 10 USC 284c. Prime Contractors are also required to use a host nation subcontractor and local national labor force in the country where work will be performed.
