Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for federal offenders at the United States Penitentiary located in Marion, Illinois (USP Marion). Services provided are expected to fall into general categories of Inpatient Facility Services, Outpatient Facility Services, Inpatient Physician Services, Outpatient Physician Services and Outpatient Physician Services-On Site Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals, with a Size Standard of $41.5 million. The contract period will consist of a base year from the estimated date of award (EDOA) through 12 months from EDOA, with four 12-month option periods for renewal.

Estimated quantities are as follows:

Inpatient Days-175/contract year

Outpatient Visits-700/contract year
