Description

LRFS OVERHEAD DOOR REPLACEMENT
MONTANA

FOREWORD

The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office is soliciting quotes for furnishing and installing contractor-supplied materials to provide a new overhead door, operator, and controls after removing a damaged door on the South side of the warehouse. Work also includes replacing the existing operator and controls on the north overhead door of an existing warehouse. The warehouse is part of the Little Rockies Fire Station (LRFS) located East of Zortman, Montana. Building street address is 7281 Bear Gulch Road, Zortman MT 59546 and work is in Phillips County, Montana.

PROCUREMENT OVERVIEW

RESTRICTIONS ON CONTACTS: Beginning upon release of the request for quote (RFQ) through contract award, contacting Government employees who may be associated with this work by participating offerors on the subject of this RFQ is inappropriate. Offerors for this RFQ, including subcontractors and teammates, shall not attempt such contacts during this period. All correspondence shall be through the Contract Specialist listed below:

SITE VISIT: The Government strongly urges offerors to inspect the site to gain a better understanding of the work requirements and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award.
