Keysight Calibration Kit

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Technical Communities:The 377 Mission Support Group Contracting Office, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source contract to Technical Communities (cage code 1RPN6), 1840 Gateway Dr. Ste. 150, San Mateo, CA 94404. Technical Communities will be able to provide Keysite Technologies 85054B Calibration kit. The 377th Maintenance Squadron (377 MXS) requires the 85054B Keysight Calibration Kit for calibration of the N5242A Network Analyzer and the E4400 Series Spectrum Analyzer. The Keysight 85054B mechanical calibration kit contains precision standard devices to characterize the systematic errors of Keysight network analyzers in the Type-N interface. Furthermore; also contains adapters to change the sex of the test port, connector gauges for verifying and maintaining the connector interface, and a torque wrench for proper connection. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 18 July 2023. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted with the Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source IAW Far 6.305(a). The closing date for this notice is 17 July 2023 at 16:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
