Description

The Embassy of the United States, New Delhi, India invite offerors to participate in the solicitation process for the “Supply brand new Toyota Hycorss, Hybrid VX (O), Right Hand Drive (RHD), EURO/BS-VI or Equivalent” as per listed  minimum specification at American Embassy, Shantipath, Chankyapuri, New Delhi-110021 (India). The Contractor shall furnish all the information required in the attached Solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Request for Quotation (Solicitation#191N6524Q0108) has been launched and can be downloaded (Cover letter_191N6524Q0108) (SF-1449_191N6524Q0108) (Solicitation_191N6524Q0108).  No paper copies will be mailed.

Note:

BID CLOSING DATE: The solicitation closes on August 9, 2024 at 1700 hours (India Time), which means all bids must be received by this deadline.  Your bid must be submitted electronically at newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “RFQ - Solicitation No. 191N65-24-Q-0108 - Supply brand new Toyota Hycross, Hybrid VX (O), Right Hand Drive (RHD), EURO/BS-VI”.  No bid will be accepted after this time.  Quotation submitted at any other e-mail ID shall not be considered for evaluation.  Read the Solicitation for complete details.
