Headquarters Mission and Installation Contracting Command (HQ MICC), Theater Support Center (TSC), invites you to attend Industry Day for the National Capital Region Multiple Award Task Order Contract (NCR2).

START TIME: 0830 AM EST
END TIME: 1600 PM EST

Parking is available at the Community Center.

Industry Day is a one (1) day event only.

The event will begin at 0900 AM EST. Attendees should plan on arriving to Fort Belvoir at least one and one half (1.5) hours prior to the event to process through the Tulley Gate Security; obtain a visitor’s pass and check-in at the event. Instructions for Fort Belvoir expedited visitor access can be found at https://home.army.mil/belvoir/about/Garrison/DES/physical-security/expedited-visitor-access-service. The Fort Belvoir Directorate of Public Works (DPW) sponsor for contract access is Mr. John Volcheck (john.r.volcheck.civ@army.mil) and all sponsor passes will be one day only (i.e., 24 April 2025).

Check-in at the event will begin at 0830 AM EST. A complete agenda for the event will be provided during event kick-off.

No site visit tours will be scheduled for this event.

RSVP: Contractors electing to attend Industry Day must e-mail Star Redden at Starletta.r.redden.civ@army.mil, and Dawn Evans at dawn.i.evans.civ@army.mil no later than 11 April 2025 at 3:00 pm EST to reserve a seat. Due to security procedures, the persons attending the Industry Day must RSVP and confirm receipt by the required suspense with the POCs listed above. There is a limit of two (2) representatives per contractor. No foreign nationals are permitted.

Contractors are solely responsible for all expenses associated with their attendance at Industry Day. Please visit the Fort Belvoir website, https://home.army.mil/belvoir/about, for more information about Fort Belvoir.

Installation Access: Individuals who have RSVP’d by the required date/time will be included on an access roster provided to the Fort Belvoir Lieber Gate guards. When you arrive at the Tulley Gate (located off US Highway 1/Richmond Highway), you are to indicate to the guard that you have arrived for the Mission Support Services Industry Day event. Each individual MUST provide his/her Government issued photo ID (i.e., Driver’s License, Passport, CAC, etc.).

Photography & Video Ban: No photographs or videos are allowed on Fort Belvoir.
