Intent to Sole Source Massachusetts National Cemetery Wind Turbine -- J028
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, and transportation (F.O.B. Destination with consignee premises) necessary to perform 5000-hour maintenance on the Endurance E-3120 Wind Turbine at Massachusetts National Cemetery
This is a notice of intent for a justification and approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition for the Sole-Source Acquisition for Wind Turbine Maintenance Services for Massachusetts National Cemetery, Off Connery Avenue, Bourne, MA. 02532
