Description

The formal solicitation is now open  at  SAM.gov  and closes on  10/21/2022 Solicitation# 12639523Q0002

ITEM Description - Firm Fixed priced  Contract to provide  Janitorial Services  in accordance with the statement of work for APHIS/PPQ/PDC offices located  at 69 Thomas Johnson Drive, Suite 100, (Building 1),  Frederick,  MD  and 67 Thomas Johnson Drive, Suite A2, (Building 2). For a Base period of approximately 12 months and  four possible 12 month option periods.  Pricing shall include all costs necessary to accomplish the services in the statement of work (including but not limited to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, transportation, labor hours, equipment and supplies)

PLEASE CHECK  location address and be sure transportation cost is feasible.  There will be no reimbursement for transportation or communication costs for this location.

Quotes submitted without completion of items listed on page the first two cover pages of Attachment-1  shall be considered nonresponsive and ineligible for award. 

The  US Department of Labor Wage Determination  2015-4281,  Revision 24, Dated  06/27/2022, for Frederick  County, Maryland,  where the work will be performed Apply to this Service .   See Attachment_2

Site Visits

Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
