Description

Scope of Work: CGC Waesche

Oily Waste Unload

Background:

During repairs to the ASW system, a large amount of water was drained in to the bilge and then pumped into Oily Waste Storage Tanks.

Statement of Work:

Contractor is to provide for removal and disposal of 3000 gallons of Oily Waste

NOTE: Actual cost for added services and travel will be billed at the conclusion of work. This will come via Condition Found Report.

Parts:

            The Coast Guard (procured by OEM in separate Purchase Order) will provide the following parts.

Note: tech rep needs to be wearing a N95 mask, latex gloves, monitoring body temperature and reporting any Covid-19 symptoms.
