NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 4, 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215-1802, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to CADWELL LABORATORIES, INC. for the provision of delivering two each Arc Apollo+ 32 Channel Backpack System w/Tablet and QVM3 Camera, two 12" Apollo+ Cable, one Small Form Factor Desktop PC, one Flat Panel Wide Screen Monitor 24", one Arc Concurrent Review Software License, one CadLink Server Software, one 10 pack CadLink Client Licenses with Auto Archive, one CadLink HL7 Inbound and Outbound, one On Site Installation with Training, 1 day and one On Site additional day(s) Training at the Pittsburgh University Drive VA Medical Center located in Pittsburgh, PA. The proposed delivery will include two each Arc Apollo+ 32 Channel Backpack System w/Tablet and QVM3 Camera, two 12" Apollo+ Cable, one Small Form Factor Desktop PC, one Flat Panel Wide Screen Monitor 24", one Arc Concurrent Review Software License, one CadLink Server Software, one 10 pack CadLink Client Licenses with Auto Archive, one CadLink HL7 Inbound and Outbound, one On Site Installation with Training, 1 day and one On Site additional day(s) Training. This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the procedures in FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible sources may identify their interest by submitting capability information by 5:00 P.M., EST, on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, in order to establish the ability of the source to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
