This is a Request for Information only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposal or quotes. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be in writing to Contracting Officer Daniel Zielinski, daniel.zielinski@va.gov, no later than 12/27/2023 at 10:00am EST. Telephone inquiries shall not be accepted. The Bath VA Medical Center, 76 Veterans Avenue, Bath NY, 14810, has a requirement for monthly rental and disposal of one (1) 30-yard open-top roll-off dumpster for construction debris, bi-weekly disposal of a 6-yard zero-sort recycling container, and the monthly rental of another 30-yard open top roll-off dumpster for metal recycling. This requirement includes bi-weekly disposal of a 6-yard recycling container and monthly rental of one (1) 30 yard open top roll-off dumpster for metal recycling. The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, equipment, and materials to perform the requirement. The contractor shall follow all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to environmental regulations, disposal of refuse and recycling, permits, and driver s license requirements.
