Description

The work to be performed under this contract consists of snow and ice removal services at the Eau Galle Project located in Spring Valley, WI in Pierce and St. Croix Counties, WI (see Attachment 1, page 1). Eau Galle Project is a Corps of Engineers managed park that includes heavily utilized facilities including a dam, campgrounds, and day use area. It is located north of Spring Valley, WI, 50 miles east of the Twin Cities and 40 miles west of Eau Claire WI.    

The Contractor shall provide all labor, scheduling, management/supervision, tools, equipment, supplies, travel, vehicles, fuel, and any fuel charges/surcharges necessary to ensure Eau Galle Dam Road and corresponding roads are snow plowed and/or sanded/salted in a manner that will maintain safe and accessible roadways for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) employees and the public.  All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Federal and State laws, regulations, codes, instructions, and commercial practices. All work materials and services not expressly called for in the scope of work or shown on the attachments, but which are necessary for completion of the contract requirements shall be performed and furnished by the Contractor at no increase in cost to the Government.
