Description

The Purpose of Amendment #7 is to extend the date for receipt of proposals to January 31, 2021; 10:00 AM. Eastern Standard Time and revise the Performance Work Statement, (PWS).to require on-site repairs w hen necessary instead of the previous off-site repair requirement. See Summary of Changes. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

SYNOPSIS W911N2-21-R-0020 

 Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract; for Calibration and Repair Services for Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC) Leak Testing Services. A Performance Work Statement will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year of twelve (12) months and two (2) options each twelve (12) months in length. The procurement will be unrestricted.  The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 – TESTING LABRATORIES, the size standard is $16,500,000.00 and the product code/service code is J066.  This will be Freight On board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot.  Solicitation number W911N2-21-R-0020 will be released on or about 08 April 2021, with a closing date on or about 22 April 2021.  The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.  The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date.  All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
