Description
The purpose of this amendment 001 is to incorporate the following into the solicitation.
1. Prebid Agenda and Sign-In Sheets from November 29, 2022.
2. Corrected Client Authorization Letter.
3. Reprinted drawings 27265, 27098, and 27099 in both full-size and half-size. Prior drawings had printing errors.
The questions due date is hereby changed to December 30, 2022.
The Proposal due date is hereby changed to January 17, 2023.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the deteriorated American Canal to ensure delivery of Rio Grande water to US stakeholders per the 1906 Water Treaty between the US and Mexico.
