Annual Preventative Maintenance Services on the Automated Logic Control Systems

The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Automated Logic, 10419 E. Trent Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99206-4515, for Annual Preventive Maintenance Services on the Automated Logic Control Systems at the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Lodge Grass and Pryor, Montana; Fort Peck Service Unit, Poplar and Wolf Point, Montana; and Fort Belknap Service Unit, Harlem and Hays, Montana; Wind River Service Unit, Fort Washakie and Arapahoe, Wyoming. The Automated Logic WebCTRL building control system is a proprietary direct digital control system that controls the HVAC mechanical systems within the healthcare facilities. Automated Logic is the local distributor and a Manufacturer authorized company to service the system. The procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements; and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract. The IHS anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order for the period of February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.  Firms that believe they can provide the service are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 15 days of the publication date of this notice.  A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any Information received will be used for market research purposes for future considerations.
