Description
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation number FA462522Q1023 for Medical Linen laundry services at Whiteman AFB. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812320. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $6M. All quotes shall be valid for a period of 90 days. The Government intends to award one Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this solicitation. Evaluation for this acquisition will be best value based on price and qualifications as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement. Technical rating will be acceptable or unacceptable based on price and qualifications.
Your quote should demonstrate your ability to meet the requirements as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement. Quotes shall also include the following:
- The cost per bundle as identified on the bid schedule. A standard company price list which identifies all items on the bid schedule can also be used.

NOTE: Quotes must be received NLT Tuesday 19 April 2022 at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time; late quotations will not be considered for award. Responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
