Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the guidelines established in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement serves as the sole solicitation; no written solicitation will be issued.
The Air Force intends to negotiate and award a non-competitive contract to Resilience-Building Leader Program in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, which permits procurement from a single responsible source when no other supplies or services can fulfill agency requirements. This contract will cover a comprehensive training class provided by Resilience-Building Leader Program, focusing on Building Resilience and Leadership Development.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code for this requirement is 611430, with a Small Business Size Standard set at $15,000,000. This synopsis is issued in compliance with FAR Part 5.203 (a)(2) use the combined synopsis and solicitation procedure (see 12.603). The 633rd Contracting Squadron, located at 14 Burrell St, building 67, Langley AFB, VA 23665, intends to award a sole source contract to acquire services in support of the Air Combat Command Headquarters.

This notice of intent does not constitute a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties who believe they possess the capability to fulfill this requirement are invited to submit a capability statement to A1C Mehran Amini Tehrani at mehran.amini_tehrani.1@us.af.mil for review no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on February 4, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered. Please ensure that your response includes clear and persuasive evidence that competitive procurement would be beneficial to the Air Force. The decision by the Government not to pursue competitive contracting based on responses to this notice rests solely with the Government. Information received will generally be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to proceed with a competitive procurement.
