Notice of Intent to Award Single Source Creative Tents International Inc.

The United States Air Force intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to a single source, Advantor Systems Corporation, 451 MIRROR CT STE 101, HENDERSON, NV 89011 USA (UEI: E2BNUA8E5NL6)(Cage: 31EJ5), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) on or about 26 September 2023.
   This requirement is for purchase/delivery of one Restricted Access Badging System.  See the attached J&A for 'single-source' justification.
   This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by the deadline set in this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a full and open competitive procurement or a small business set aside competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information, or quotes, received in response to this announcement. Please see the attached combined synopsis/solicitation for full requirements of this acquisition.

   If the Government decides to compete this requirement, a solicitation shall be issued utilizing the combined synopsis/solicitation procedures identified in FAR 12.603.

   A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this
solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the
closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror
for any costs.
