Description
The Service Contract Division, C410, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA, 23709-5000 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 12.5 Simplified Acquisitions for purchase of a service plan agreement for Nuclear Chemistry Branc Department code 134.2, Norfolk Naval Shipyard located in Portsmouth, VA.
The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 811210. The size standard is $34 M. The period of performance is Base, plus two option years. This requirement is SOLE SOURCE to Thermo Electron North America LLC. West Palm Beach, FL and no other bids will be accepted.
