Description

14th Contracting Squadron at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB), MS anticipates a solicitation for the following: The Contractor must provide all plans, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to renovate the portion of B335 being worked on under this contract. The work includes but is not limited to; demolish all cabinets and shelving, existing flooring, ceiling, dust collection system, boiler system, etc.. Furnish/Install new HVAC, sprinkler system, and conform bathroom to meet ADA standards. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, all related AF requirements, and all applicable codes and references.

The project magnitude of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is to be issued pursuant to FAR Part 15, and pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.15 is to be competed among Small Business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 236220 Commercial and Industrial Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million. The PSC classification is Z2AA Maintenance, Repair, and Alteration of Real Property. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR Part 15. The evaluation factors will be price, technical acceptability, and no active exclusions on SAM.
